On Site Wastewater Inspections
The Resource Management Department is taking over on-site wastewater permitting and inspections effective June 28, 2022. Prior to issuing a wastewater permit we will need a soils report and site drawing for ALL onsite systems. Building permits will not be accepted without this information.
Inspections
We require 24-hour notice on all inspections.
NEW! Get your inspection results emailed in real-time. Resource Management Building Inspectors now have the capability to email inspection results. Be sure to enter your email address on your permit application. To add emails to all of your permits you will need to provide the address with every application. To add your email address to an existing permit, give us a call or email us with your permit numbers and we can add the address to your existing permits. Only one email address per permit.
For no-contact permitting, go to our Building Inspections page and click "Apply for Building Permit". Incomplete submittals will not be processed. All new structures require a site drawing. You will be contacted by email once your permit is processed; this email will contain information regarding how you may pay the applicable fees.
If you are installing a new onsite wastewater system you will need to submit a soils report and site plan. All new buildings and onsite wastewater system permits require a site drawing.
