Approved On-site Wastewater Engineer
To be added to our list of Approved On-site Wastewater Engineer's list you will need to complete the acknowledgement form in its entirety stating that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the Boone County Code of Health Regulations, Chapter IV. The acknowledgement is located that the end of the County Code of Health Regulations at the link below. The notarized acknowledgement and proof of Professional Engineer license will need to be submitted to resmgt@boonecountymo.org. Once the information has been verified you will be notified and added to the list. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
