Boone County Resource Management is proud to announce that Boone County was awarded the Outstanding Plan Award for 2025 from the Missouri Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA) for the Boone County Master Plan. The "Outstanding Plan Award" is a yearly award granted by the APA Missouri Chapter that recognizes a plan that "advances the science and art of planning," according to the nominations form.
