Registry of Consultants

Boone County is now collecting information from companies and individuals that wish to be included on the Boone County Registry of Consultants for Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Services. Companies that would like to be included must submit all of the following documents to Boone County Resource Management. Submittals may be mailed to: Boone County Resource Management, Attn: Kelle Westcott, 801 E Walnut St, Room 315, Columbia, MO 65201 or by email to: kwestcott@boonecountymo.org. The following Information should be received no later than December 2, 2022 for a General Consultant Services Agreement to be generated.

Statement of Qualification containing:
- Basic Biographical information about the firm
- Resume of each professional in the firm
- Evidence of professional registration or licensing with the State of Missouri
- Work history, highlighting work for government agencies within the last 2 years; other work if nothing for government agencies
- Subcontractors normally retained by consultant
- List of current projects
- Evidence of insurance coverage & amount maintained (Must be 2 million aggregate for liability & umbrella)
- Description of internal quality control and assurance procedures
