Letter to Governor Nixon for Ellis Fischel Cancer Center

Dear Governor Nixon:
The proposed patient tower at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center is a vital project for the state that cannot be completed without your support. We are writing this letter to express our hope that you will not veto budget appropriations for construction of the patient tower.
The tower will allow Ellis Fischel to continue in its mission of providing top-notch care and comfort for its patients. The facility will also create high-end jobs for the community and provide immediate economic stimulus. We understand that times are hard and difficult decisions must be made. However, we strongly believe that the tower is a high priority and benefit for the state, and it should not be removed from the funding list.
