Boone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office Secures Guilty Verdict in Murder Case
August 3, 2023 –A Boone County jury this week delivered a guilty verdict in the first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges against Bobby Dawson. The charges stemmed from the 2020 shooting death of Rod Jones on Quail Drive.
Sentencing for Bobby Dawson is scheduled for September 15, 2023.
As we move forward, the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office remains committed to
