Northern and Southern Boone County Property Tax Payment Collection Sites
December 3, 2018 -As a convenience to Boone County taxpayers, the Boone County Collector of Revenue’s office will be assisting taxpayers in Northern and Southern Boone County that wish to pay their taxes in person, a little closer to home. Staff will be at the Centralia City Hall on Thursday, December 6 and Friday, December 7; and, at the Ashland City Hall on Thursday, December 13 and Friday, December 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day – weather permitting.
Taxpayers are reminded to contact the collector's office if they have not received their tax statements. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the obligation to pay the taxes due, and any applicable late charges that may apply. The last day to pay in person at the collector’s office in the Roger B. Wilson Boone County Government Center is Monday, December 31.
All property tax payments are due by December 31 to avoid statutorily imposed late penalties and fee.
Boone County taxpayers can contact the collector’s office at 573-886-4285 with questions or information; or, visit our website at www.showmeboone.com/COLLECTOR.
