Boone County Recorder of Deeds Offers Presentations on Land Fraud Prevention
May 29, 2018 – Nora Dietzel, Boone County Recorder of Deeds, has prepared a 15-minute presentation to inform the County about the free Deed Notification Service. Mrs. Dietzel is offering to give this presentation to civic and professional groups, senior homes, and employee groups, to outline the importance of protection from land fraud. Deed Notification is a proactive way to protect your loved ones from being victimized by scams and land fraud.
