Boone County Community Services Department Presents the 2022 Annual Report Showcasing Achievements of Funded Organizations

June 21, 2023 - The Boone County Community Services Department is delighted to announce the release of its 2022 Annual Report. This comprehensive report highlights the outstanding accomplishments of organizations supported by the Boone County Children's Services Fund, Community Health/Medical Fund, and Domestic Violence Fund.

The Annual Report serves as a testament to the efforts and dedication of the organizations working tirelessly to uplift and support the community. It showcases the positive impact and transformative changes achieved through the strategic allocation of resources and funding.

Throughout the year 2022, the Children's Services Fund made substantial investments in initiatives aimed at enhancing the lives of children and families in need. From early childhood education programs to youth mentoring and mental health services, these organizations made a lasting difference in the lives of countless individuals.

The Community Health/Medical Fund played a pivotal role in promoting the overall well-being and healthcare access of the residents of Boone County. The funded organizations provided vital medical services, preventive care, and health education programs that significantly contributed to the community's overall health and vitality. Additionally, the Domestic Violence Fund worked diligently to support survivors of domestic violence and create a safe and nurturing environment for those affected.

The BCCSD oversees funding distributed from the Boone County Community Services Fund, Community Health/Medical Fund that was funded through the Boone County Hospital Lease, and Domestic Violence Services funding.
