All Boone County Permit Inspections Must Be Scheduled During Business Hours on the Day Before Inspection
March 18, 2020—Effective immediately, anyone requesting any type of inspection must schedule during business hours the day prior to needing the inspection.This includes but is not limited to building, driveway, right-of-way and stormwater permit inspections. For example, if you would like an inspection on Monday, you must request it on Friday. All inspections must be arranged by calling 573-886-4339.
Wastewater inspections are performed by Environmental Health, (573) 874-7346. Please check their website https://www.como.gov/health/environmental-health/ for any alterations to their normal policy.
We are taking these measures to assist in protecting the health and safety of our employees and the public in general. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will resume normal operations as soon as possible.
