Under general supervision, performs clerical and secretarial duties such as answering phones typing, preparing correspondence, filing, and acting as a receptionist. Assists County Counselor and Assistant Counselors with various legal document preparation. Responsible for the department budget.
Full-time, benefited, non-exempt
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
High school diploma or GED and two to four years secretarial/office management experience; demonstrated history of consistent attendance; familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Associates Degree, Notary Public, and prior legal secretary experience.
$14.46 - $15.37 per hour
