Provide administrative office support by assisting the public, answering phones and e-mail, preparing mailings, typing, faxing correspondence, managing files, completing various forms, and compiling/producing reports and publications for employee and public relations. Major tasks include, but are not limited to budget tracking, contract management, website maintenance and department annual report.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
High school diploma and a minimum of two years of clerical/bookkeeping experience. Must have the ability to type 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prefer proficiency with Publisher, Access and Macromedia Contribute. Must have excellent customer services skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work cooperatively with other staff to provide office coverage and meet workflow priorities. Business writing skills and map reading skills a plus.
