	Total lump sum bid for painting of primary structural steel components; patch taping all damaged insulation and installation of liner panel in BCPW Dry  Storage Building located at the south facility.	$165,000.00
4.7.1	Bid Alternate No. 1
	Bid Alternate No. 1 shall include cleaning, repriming where needed and painting all primary structural steel racks supporting the truck bed accessories located adjacent to the Dry Storage Building.	$14,950.00
4.7.2	Bid Alternate No. 2
	Bid Alternate No. 2 includes all surface preparations, primer, and painting of wall girts.	$10,120.00
4.7.3	Bid Alternate No. 3
	Bid Alternate No. 3 shall include cleaning, repriming where needed and painting all primary structural steel racks supporting the truck bed accessories located adjacent to the Dry Storage Building.	$8,510.00
	Voluntary Alt  #1
	Supply and install Rufco 400 high density polyethylene sheeting in lieu of the metal liner panel over the purlin's. (See attached product data).  This material would be applied to the purlin's using double sided tape and then banded and screwed to the purlin's for additional support.	Deduct from base bid:  $48,000.00
