Provides customer service at the front desk by answering the phone and responding to inquiries from the general public, attorneys, defendants, and victims. Explains the department process to the public and assists in resolving problems. Assists with bad check, tax and restitution collection. Responsible for opening, coding and distributing mail as well as entering data and scanning records. Assists in preparing legal documents and correspondence. Maintains confidential records and files. Assists the legal assistants and staff whenever necessary. Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software, with preferred experience working in MS Word and MS Excel.
$14.11 - $14.99 per hour
