The Payroll Coordinator oversees the merging of payroll data from all County offices/departments, the finalization of County payroll, and is the primary problem spotter and issue resolver when payroll errors occur. The Payroll Coordinator enters and manages data in the payroll system for employee W-4s, payroll elections, garnishments, tax information, and other secure payroll functions.
Full-time, benefited, non-exempt
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of payroll experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree; two years clerical experience.
Two years technical bookkeeping experience.
$17.18 - $18.26 per hour
