Duties will include case management, data entry, reviewing and accepting electronic pleadings through the electronic filing system, answering telephones and operating electronic sound recording equipment and other courtroom duties, as well as assisting other areas and departments. The position also involves interacting with attorneys, the public, parties to cases and member of the bench. Applicants must be able to work independently, and prioritize and manage their own caseload. Accuracy and attention to detail is required. Applicants must have strong PC, typing, interpersonal and clerical skills.


Full time, non-exempt, benefited

Working hours: 

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday


Columbia, Missouri


High school diploma or GED and at least one to two years clerical experience, a clear criminal record, and maintain a high degree of integrity. Resumes must accompany all applications.
