Eviction Process: Once the eviction order is received from the Circuit Clerk's Office, deputies have five business days to complete the order. An assigned deputy will post a note on the respondent's door stating a date/time he/she will return to turn possession of real estate over to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is responsible for removal of all remaining property and placing it curbside.
