Employee of the Quarter for the Second Quarter of 2008

The Employee of the Quarter for the Second Quarter of 2008 is Chet Dunn of the Boone County Public Works Department.

After reviewing the nominations received for Employee of the Quarter, the committee has selected Chet Dunn of the Boone County Public Works as the Boone County Employee of the Quarter for the Second Quarter of 2008.

As the Urban Road Superintendent, Chet speaks with citizens who call in, listens well to their concerns in a professional manner, and responds in the most appropriate way, balancing the needs/desires of the caller with County and departmental responsibilities. He considers the points of view of others and uses his intelligence and work ethic to pursue the best course of action. Chet is very eager to learn new skills and apply them on the job. He is hard working, energetically offers assistance when needed, and displays leadership and an excellent work ethic.

The committee also recognizes all employees nominated for the 2nd quarter. These employees possess outstanding work ethics, positive attitudes, and great communication skills. The following employees are being honored as Nominees of Employee of the Quarter:
