A voluntary committee consisting of thirteen members selected as follows: Public Works Director, County Commissioner, Representative from Planning Department and ten Boone County citizens. One Boone County citizen will be selected from each of the ten townships within the county. They meet the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the Roger B. Wilson Boone County Government Center Chambers. (Term - 4 years)
